Cirugía Oncológica de Cabeza y Cuello

Cirujano General y Cirujano Oncólogo por la P. Universidad Católica de Chile y CONACEM. Cirujano Oncólogo de Cabeza y Cuello por el programa avanzado de entrenamiento de la American Head and Neck Society (AHNS). Realizó un programa combinado de Research y Clinical Fellowship en Cirugía Oncológica del Cabeza y Cuello en el Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Nueva York. Trabajó durante 6 años como Cirujano Oncólogo del Servicio de Cirugía del Hospital Dr. Sótero del Río y del Departamento de Cirugía de la Clínica Las Condes. Desde el año 2021, es miembro a tiempo completo del Departamento de Cirugía Oncológica de la División de Cirugía de la P. Universidad Católica de Chile, y como tal desarrolla su trabajo clínico en la Red de Salud UC-Christus. Docente de pregrado y postgrado en cirugía general y cirugía oncológica. Miembro de la Sociedad de Cirugía de Chile y de la Sociedad Chilena de Cirugía de Cabeza y Cuello, de la cual es parte del directorio. Miembro de la American Head and Neck Society, Society of Surgical Oncology, American Society of Clinical Oncology y del American College of Surgeons. Miembro del Comité Ejecutivo de la International Federation of Head and Neck Oncologic Societies (IFHNOS). Tienen más de 20 publicaciones indexadas en revistas nacionales e internacionales, así como múltiples capítulos de libros en su especialidad. Participa regularmente como panelista en Cursos y Congresos Nacionales e Internacionales.
